Conclusion of the contract.

With your order you make a binding offer to us (Thomas Reich) to conclude a contract with you. We can accept this offer by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the ordered goods. First you will receive a confirmation of the receipt of your order by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided (order confirmation). However, a sales contract is only concluded when our order confirmation is sent to you by e-mail or when the ordered goods are delivered.

Storage of the contract text We store the contract text of your order. You can print it out before sending your order to us by clicking on "Print" in the last step of the order process. We will also send you an order confirmation as well as an order confirmation with all order data and our general terms and conditions to the e-mail address you have provided.

Retention of title The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims.

Terms of payment Payment can be made either by advance payment or PayPal. If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will give you the bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount is to be transferred to our account within 10 days. You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.

Warranty The warranty is based on the legal regulations. If used goods are subject of the sales contract and the buyer is not a consumer, the warranty is excluded. If the customer is a consumer, the warranty period for the purchase of used goods is one year.
